It retains the natural stickiness of the rice when cooked, making the flour especially suitable for traditional Asian dishes like mochi, dumplings, desserts, tempura batters, and thickening sauces and soups
Ingredients
- Glutinous rice – 100% pure (some sources note water added during processing, but the final product is essentially 100 % glutinous rice) .
- Minor water content (~2%) may be present during milling, but overall it remains essentially pure rice.
